Welcome to Marlow Fan Zone. By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing tickets. By completing a ticket purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any other persons for whom you purchase tickets.
1. About Us
Marlow Fan Zone provides live sporting event screenings, fan experiences, ticketed events, entertainment, food and drink areas, venue information, news, and related services.
Events may include live sport screenings, DJs, entertainment, street food, bars, raffles, auctions, sponsor activations, and other fan zone activities.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.
You must not:
• Use the website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
• Use this website in any way that may damage Marlow Fan Zone, its reputation, or its partners.
3. Event Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that event details, dates, times, prices, availability, advertised features, and venue information are accurate at the time of publication.
However, event details may be subject to change. Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to amend, alter, substitute, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any element of an event where reasonably necessary.
Advertised features such as DJs, entertainment, food traders, bars, activities, seating areas, screens, layouts, timings, raffles, auctions, and sponsor activations may be changed, removed, substituted, or amended without this giving rise to a right to a refund, provided the main event screening still takes place.
4. Ticket Sales
Where tickets are sold through this website or via a third-party ticketing provider:
• All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
• Tickets are sold for a specific event, date, and time.
• Tickets must be purchased from an official Marlow Fan Zone sales channel or authorised ticketing provider.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without our written permission.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, or duplicated tickets are the responsibility of the ticket holder.
• Entry will only be permitted with a valid ticket or approved guest accreditation.
• Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to check tickets, identification, bags, and proof of age on arrival.
5. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law or where Marlow Fan Zone confirms otherwise in writing.
Refunds will not be given where:
• You change your mind after purchasing.
• You can no longer attend.
• You arrive late.
• You do not attend the event.
• You are refused entry for breach of these Terms.
• You are removed from the event for misconduct.
• You fail to bring valid ID where required.
• You purchase the wrong ticket type.
• You duplicate or lose your ticket.
• You do not like the weather.
• The event goes ahead in rain, wind, cold weather, or other normal outdoor conditions.
• The match kick-off time changes but the event still goes ahead.
• The event layout, food traders, entertainment, seating, bar offering, or running order changes.
• A specific seat, bench, table, viewing position, or standing area is not available unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
If the event is cancelled by Marlow Fan Zone and not rescheduled, we will provide information regarding any applicable refund process. Booking fees, transaction fees, and third-party charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law and/or the ticketing provider’s terms.
6. Weather Policy
Marlow Fan Zone is an outdoor and semi-outdoor event experience.
The event is scheduled to go ahead in all normal weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, cold weather, hot weather, and general poor weather.
Ticket holders are responsible for dressing appropriately for the weather and bringing suitable clothing, including waterproofs where necessary.
Refunds will not be issued due to poor weather, rain, wind, temperature, or personal discomfort caused by weather conditions.
Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to delay, pause, amend, relocate, or cancel an event if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the organiser, venue, local authority, emergency services, safety officer, or other relevant authority.
Where an event is stopped, paused, delayed, or abandoned due to unsafe weather, public safety, emergency circumstances, or matters outside our reasonable control, refunds will not automatically be issued. Any refund, credit, or rescheduled ticket arrangement will be determined at the sole discretion of Marlow Fan Zone, subject to applicable law.
7. Force Majeure
Marlow Fan Zone shall not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, alteration, or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Severe or unsafe weather.
• Flooding, fire, storm, lightning, or high winds.
• Power failure or technical failure outside our control.
• Internet, broadcast, satellite, or signal failure.
• Failure or interruption of the match broadcast.
• Venue closure or venue restrictions.
• Acts or instructions of the police, local authority, emergency services, licensing authority, government, or safety officer.
• Public disorder, crowd safety issues, terrorism, threat of terrorism, or security alerts.
• National mourning, major incidents, pandemic, epidemic, or public health restrictions.
• Transport disruption.
• Industrial action.
• Any event beyond the reasonable control of Marlow Fan Zone.
In such circumstances, Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, delay, amend, or abandon the event without liability for additional costs incurred by ticket holders, including travel, accommodation, childcare, food, drink, loss of earnings, or any other personal costs.
8. Entry Conditions
Admission to Marlow Fan Zone is subject to compliance with these Terms, venue rules, licensing conditions, and instructions from event staff, security, stewards, police, venue management, and authorised representatives.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event without refund if they:
• Breach these Terms.
• Are intoxicated or appear to be under the influence of drugs.
• Behave in an aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or antisocial manner.
• Bring prohibited items onto the site.
• Attempt to bring alcohol onto the site.
• Refuse a bag search, ticket check, or ID check.
• Attempt to enter without a valid ticket.
• Damage property.
• Put themselves, staff, or others at risk.
• Fail to follow reasonable instructions from staff or security.
• Breach licensing conditions or venue rules.
Marlow Fan Zone operates a zero-tolerance approach to violence, abuse, discrimination, racism, homophobia, sexism, harassment, drug use, and disorderly behaviour.
9. Age Restrictions & Proof of Age
Marlow Fan Zone may operate age restrictions depending on the event, kick-off time, licensing requirements, and event format.
Children and young people must be accompanied by a responsible adult where required.
Anyone wishing to purchase alcohol must be aged 18 or over and may be required to provide valid photographic ID.
Marlow Fan Zone operates a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear under 25, you may be asked to prove your age.
Accepted forms of ID may include:
• Passport.
• UK photocard driving licence.
• PASS-approved proof-of-age card.
Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of alcohol service and/or refusal of entry, without refund.
10. Alcohol, Food & Drink
No alcohol, glass, illegal substances, or unauthorised food or drink may be brought into the event site unless expressly permitted by Marlow Fan Zone.
Alcohol purchased at the event must be consumed within the permitted event areas.
Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
Food and drink traders may vary between events and are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any specific food trader, menu item, drink product, or brand will be available.
11. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted unless approved in writing:
• Alcohol or illegal substances.
• Glass bottles or glass containers.
• Weapons or anything that could be used as a weapon.
• Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, or pyrotechnics.
• Large umbrellas, gazebos, tents, or structures.
• Professional camera, video, or audio equipment.
• Drones.
• Laser pens.
• Flares, air horns, megaphones, or other disruptive items.
• Large bags or suitcases.
• Any item deemed unsafe or unsuitable by security or event management.
Security may confiscate prohibited items or refuse entry without refund.
12. Seating, Tables & Viewing Areas
Unless specifically stated, general admission tickets do not guarantee a seat, bench, table, or specific viewing position.
Viewing areas are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to safety and capacity.
Reserved tables, VIP tables, benches, or seated areas are only guaranteed where specifically purchased and confirmed on the ticket.
Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to amend the site layout, seating plan, table locations, standing areas, screen position, bar locations, and access routes where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, licensing, or weather-related reasons.
13. Event Timings
Advertised opening times, kick-off times, entertainment times, and closing times are approximate and may change.
Marlow Fan Zone is not responsible for changes to match kick-off times, broadcast schedules, tournament schedules, delays, extra time, penalties, or changes made by broadcasters, governing bodies, FIFA, UEFA, the FA, local authorities, or any other third party.
No refunds will be issued where match timings, opening times, entertainment times, or event schedules change but the event still goes ahead.
14. Broadcast & Technical Issues
Marlow Fan Zone will make reasonable efforts to provide a live screening experience.
However, we are not liable for interruption, failure, delay, or poor quality caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
• Broadcast signal failure.
• Internet failure.
• Satellite failure.
• Power issues.
• Equipment failure.
• Adverse weather.
• Third-party supplier failure.
• Broadcaster or rights-holder issues.
Where possible, reasonable steps will be taken to restore the screening or provide an alternative solution. Refunds will not automatically be issued for temporary disruption, delay, or technical issues.
15. Photography, Filming & Media
By attending Marlow Fan Zone, you agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of event coverage, promotional content, social media content, press activity, sponsor content, or security monitoring.
Marlow Fan Zone may use such images and footage for marketing, promotional, commercial, and archival purposes without payment or further approval.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify a member of event staff on arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests where practical, but cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd footage.
16. Personal Belongings
Ticket holders are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
Marlow Fan Zone accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal items, except where caused by our negligence.
Any items left unattended may be removed for safety or security reasons.
17. Accessibility
Marlow Fan Zone aims to provide an inclusive and accessible event experience where reasonably possible.
Customers with accessibility requirements should contact us in advance so we can advise on available facilities and make reasonable arrangements where practical.
Outdoor events may involve grassed areas, temporary trackway, uneven surfaces, crowds, weather exposure, and temporary event infrastructure.
18. Health & Safety
All attendees must behave responsibly and follow all safety instructions.
You must not enter restricted areas, climb barriers, interfere with equipment, damage property, block emergency exits, or behave in a way that may endanger yourself or others.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of children in their care at all times.
Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to make immediate operational changes for health, safety, security, licensing, or crowd management reasons.
19. Raffles, Auctions & Competitions
Where raffles, auctions, giveaways, or competitions are operated, they may be subject to separate terms, eligibility rules, closing times, prize conditions, and licensing requirements.
Marlow Fan Zone reserves the right to amend, withdraw, substitute, or cancel any raffle, auction, giveaway, or competition where necessary.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated.
20. Third-Party Traders & Suppliers
Food traders, drink suppliers, entertainers, ticketing platforms, contractors, sponsors, and other third parties may operate at or in connection with Marlow Fan Zone.
Marlow Fan Zone is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, availability, pricing, or policies of third-party suppliers, except where required by law.
Any issues with third-party purchases should be raised with the relevant trader or supplier at the event.
21. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, branding, event names, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Marlow Fan Zone and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or ticketing platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of those websites and provide such links for convenience only.

23. Limitation of Liability

• Weather conditions.
• Refusal of entry or removal from the event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
